6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Begin in stillness. Each day opens with a guided sunrise meditation overlooking the sea. A return to breath, to Spirit, to Self.
Elemental Immersion
7:15 AM – 8:00 AM
Ocean swims, barefoot walks, communion with the land. A daily practice of honoring your body through nature's intelligence.
Nourishment & Integration
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
A slow breakfast with local organic foods, fresh herbs, and tea. Choose solitude or soft connection. Integration happens here.
Daily Practice & Wisdom Circle
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Somatic integration. Ritual. Ancestral memory. Each morning is a container for what your soul needs most—led by Nikki.
Sacred Rest + One-on-One Sessions
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Time to rest, walk, or receive personal guidance. Optional one-on-one sessions available. You are not here to hustle—you are here to heal.
